David owned and led an extremely successful Spanish restaurant Medité in Marienbad for ten years. The first restaurant which introduced tapas in their entirety in our country, not only as cold appetizers but as a sophisticated concept. Medité restaurant gained many significant gastronomic awards in ten years of its existence. Guests from the whole republic went to Medité for culinary experiences. An increasing interest in tapas in top quality led David to open El Camino restaurant in Prague. Spanish cuisine in its purest form reaches the center of gastronomic events.
