In El Camino we offer cold and warm tapas. A section of its own is represented by larger portions of food called raciones. Those are also intended to be shared by the diners. Each menu is sophisticated in a way that it is possible to create tasting menus of any number of courses from the individual tapas portions.
We prepare meat, vegetable, fish and seafood tapas.
We cook from seasonal ingredients. We import cheese, sausages, olive oil and wines ourselves directly from producers and growers from Spain.
It is very important for us to maintain contact with the source. Therefore, several times a year we work in the best Spanish restaurants, such as El Mesón de Doňa Filo, Colmenar de Arroyo near Madrid, Hotel Tres Reyes in Pamplona and Villa Paramesa in Valladolid.
We change the menu three times a year and our intention is that the seasonal ingredients played a primary role.
